You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Our pre-order items typically ship out on the date specified on the product page.
- Do you ship internationally?
No, we recommend shopping at Amazon for our products if you are an international customer. We cannot guarantee safe delivery on their behalf, but their success rate with international deliveries is very high.
- Do you sell Sip Herbals Coffee Substitute in stores?
We are in a few retail locations and hoping to come to a retailer near you. If you don't see us, print out the request form and share it with your local store!
- What about returns?
All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.
